Caring for your bracelets
Each of our bracelets are hand-strung in the Sunshine State just for you. We use 14k gold filled beads in most of our bracelets. Some bracelets are made with electroplated hematite. The bracelet description will specify what materials the bracelet is made with. Both 14k gold filled and electroplated hematite can withstand water and sweat. After extended wear use a dry cloth to wipe clean. Store bracelets in a clean, dry place. Bracelets should be removed when showering and avoid harsh chemicals such as chlorine or cleaning products. Fading may occur over time and is natural, to extend the shine of your item please follow the care instructions.
We recommend rolling your bracelet onto your wrist instead of stretching it to put it on. While we do use heavy duty stretch cord, this will extend the lifetime of the stretch cord.

Bracelet Sizing
The most common bracelet size is 7 inches. We offer 6.5 inches, 7 inches, 7.5 inches, and 8 inches. To best determine your bracelet size measure around your wrist using a piece of string and a ruler.
** If you are purchasing a gift and are uncertain what size to order we recommend ordering the 7 inch size.
Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to process unless otherwise specified on our Instagram page. This does not include shipping time. If you need your order by a certain date please email us at perlaandjames@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are handmade and customized we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order please email perlaandjames@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right. Please note, we do not ofter credit/debit/cash refunds (no exceptions.) Store credit will be issued if/when deemed necessary.
